Position Summary
Keystone Management is seeking a Multi-Site Facilities and Maintenance Manager to oversee operations across multiple client accounts. This role will involve managing day-to-day maintenance needs, coordinating client service requests, and providing advisory support on projects and tasks. The role may require occasional evening and weekend availability.

Shift:Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Flexible & On call, based on the need of the operation)
Salary:$93,000 - $106,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of facilities totaling over 250,000 sq ft and ensure compliance with service agreements.
- Oversee instillation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems.
- Provide weekly status updates to Keystone Leadership and submit project and budget reports.
- Ensure project timelines and budgets are met while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring quality and contract compliance.
- Address client needs, oversee facility maintenance, and coordinate services such as janitorial, landscaping, and waste removal.
- Perform site walk-throughs, document maintenance needs, and provide feedback to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in facility management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7-10 years of experience in facilities management, including MEP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, as well as CMMS and construction management software
- 5 years of experience managing teams and supervising employees.
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) preferred.

- Exposure to varied environments, including mechanical, electrical, and noise hazards as well as inclement weather.
Additional Requirements
- Successful completion of Keystone Management and FAA background checks.
- Valid driver’s license and driving history check.
- Reside within 30 minutes of Midtown, Atlanta, GA.
