Multi-Family Underground / Slab Plumbing Working Foreman - Charlotte Mechanical

Charlotte Mechanical is a well-respected contractor in the Charlotte area. We are growing rapidly and are seeking an Underground/Slab Plumbing Foreman to grow with the company

Requirements

• Able to train and supervise others
• Ability to work 10 -12 hour days if needed
• Dependable
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints a plus
• Prior construction experience a plus
• Prior Multi-Family experience a plus
• Prior knowledge of the Underground/Slab Plumbing process
• Willingness to work in a construction environment
• Must be willing to travel out of town as needed

The individual must have good communication skills. Must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment; manage unexpected changes and/or situations. Must be able to follow instructions; respond to management direction. Must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner.

Must regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Must be willing to work in an environment where they will be exposed to uncomfortable temperatures(hot/cold).
