Job Title: Multi-Family Superintendent

Salary: Up to $155K, based on experience

Superintendent Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of multi-family construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other site staff to ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety standards.
• Ensure quality control, compliance, and efficiency throughout all phases of construction.
• Maintain open communication with stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
• Lead on-site teams, fostering a productive and positive work environment.

Superintendent Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in multi-family construction projects.
• Strong tenure with previous companies; demonstrated commitment and stability in past roles.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with construction software and strong knowledge of safety regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and solve on-site challenges effectively.
