Job Responsibilities
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
·Able to work in a team or individual setting
· Office experience (at least 2 years)
· Required to know Basic Formatting in Excel, Word, Outlook, Office 365
· Able to follow through on projects in a timely manner
· Assists Regional Coordinator Manager with department projects
- Attend and participate in site visits and regional events
· Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports to Operations team
· Prepare and distribute Monday morning reports for and site teams
· Make travel arrangements for various department managers
· Tracking, follow-up, and monitor completion of projects
· Communicate with coworkers, Area Directors, Vice Presidents, department managers, Ownership, suppliers, residents, and all outside contacts in a courteous and professional manner
· Maintain confidentiality of coworkers, management, Owners, past and current residents, suppliers, and all outside contacts
· Assists Regional Coordinator Manager with coordinating and planning of the monthly department meeting held in Corporate and Regional Offices
Qualifications· Must be able to multitask
· Attention to Detail
· Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, (Yardi is a plus)
· Experience supporting multiple executives and/or department managers
· Ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner
· Being able to work as a team and independently
· Time management
- Take initiative to create new ideas on how to streamline processes and procedures within the department
