Multi-Family Administrative Assistant - Village Green

Village Green is looking for an organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to join our team at our corporate office. In this role, you will provide administrative support, ensuring the efficient operation of the office. You will support our site teams, directors, and employees through various weekly/monthly reporting.  Our 100-year history makes us one of the oldest and most experienced management companies within the rising apartment industry. 

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
• Able to work in a team or individual setting 
• Able to follow through on projects in a timely manner 
• Assists Regional Coordinator with department projects
• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports to Ownership
• Prepare and distribute Monday morning reports for Ownership
• Communicate with coworkers, Area Directors, Vice Presidents, department managers, Ownership, suppliers, residents, and all outside contacts in a courteous and professional manner
• Maintain confidentiality of coworkers, management, Owners, past and current residents, suppliers, and all outside contacts

• Must be able to multitask 
• Experience with Excel, managing and modifying Excel spreadsheets, copy/paste, formatting, page breaks, and basic skills
• Experience with Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Office 365
• Yardi and MRI are a plus
• Experience supporting multiple operations and/or department managers
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Being able to work as a team and independently
• Time management
