About the Job
This employee provides application development/integration services to theDepartment of Technology,Management and Budget and the Michigan Department of Civil Rights. They will beresponsible for thedesign, maintenance, development, and enhancement of the agency applications.Project assignmentsand activity will be executed within the framework of the State of MichiganSystem EngineeringMethodology (SEM). These assignments will provide for the development, testingand deployment ofapplication releases, updates and modifications within a client/server and webserver environment.This position is responsible for providing an advanced technical lead supportrole for Dynamics365/Dynamics CRM systems supporting the MDCR, MSCS and MiLeap Departments. Theywill have aprimary supporting role with MiLeap and secondary supporting MCSC and MDCR. Asthe systemarchitect, they will both perform and lead the team with project tasks,including but not limited to,gathering requirements, planning, analyzing, designing, testing, implementation,documentation andthe maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations.This employee may maintain and support applications that are using thefollowing:MS Dynamics ApplicationsPower Platform PortalsAPI’sMicrosoft Visual StudioMicrosoft SQL Management StudioMicrosoft Team Foundation ServerMicrosoft Visual Basic for ApplicationsVisual Basic ScriptingC#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, SQL, Java, Java Scripting, XML, HTML, Web Services, AJAX,jQuery,SalesforceExperience with North 52 BRE and Document core pack a plusExperience with .Net Forms Automation a plusRequired Skills:Extensive experience with MS Dynamics - 3-5 yearsPL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Certified – Highly PreferredWeb Portal - 3-5 yearsPowerApps - 3-5 yearsSalesforce 3+ yearsAzure DevOps 5+ yearsArchitect Experience 3-5 yearsDatabase Architecture Experience- 1-3 yearsInfrastructure/Network and Application Support - 5+ yearsTechnical Customer Service Analyst - 5+ yearsTroubleshooting skills (ASP.NET, HTML, etc.) minimum years' experiencerequired - 5 years.Key Technical Skills: Dynamics 365 Customer Service, specifically case management Knowledge of Power Platform Solutions, particularly Power Automate and PowerPages.
