We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer who will play a pivotal role as the strategic and analytic linkage between finance and sales. This role will be located in our US headquarters office in Cary, NC, or remotely within the United States. Position should demonstrate skills in Microsoft Power Apps platform, Microsoft Dynamics365 and the ability to deliver requested enhancements on a timely basis. Responsibilities include working with both mid and senior-level business executives.
In this role, you will:
· Configure, deploy, and maintain MS Dynamics CRM system upgrades, enhancements, customizations, workflows, and security updates using ADO and SQL Server Management Studio.
· Utilize Microsoft PowerApps to create and maintain system automations and other custom logic within CRM.
· Troubleshoot CRM issues and employ best practices for improving system performance by completing CRM system audits to ensure data quality, performing data clean-up, and conducting data relevance check-ups.
· Serve as subject matter expert to identify and implement new CRM functionality both within the product and/or third-party integrations.
· Create and customize MS Dynamics CRM dashboards and reports to streamline sales process and improve data integrity.
· Develop user guides and deliver on-going training for MS Dynamics CRM end users.
· Establish and enforce internal compliance of reporting standards and structures within the CRM system.
· Maintain a positive and professional relationship with employees, clients, and all community and business contacts.
· Communicate in a clear and concise manner. Ability to collaborate with others.
· Utilize time management and problem-solving skills to efficiently perform job duties.
· Maintain an acceptable and professional personal appearance.
· Maintain confidentiality of private business matters and HIPAA-protected information.
· Complete other duties as assigned, to meet ongoing needs of the company.
· This role is located in our Cary, North Carolina office and must come into the office on a hybrid schedule (currently, 2 days per week in-office).
We’re looking for a collaborative professional with:
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Computer Science or Information Technology
· 3-5 years’ experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM in a developer capacity.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
· Strong time and project management skills
· Ability to manage enhancement sprints with multiple tasks and deliver clear and concise information to internal stakeholders.
· Good oral and written communication skills.
· Solid understanding of data management best practices
· Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM, Power Automate, and Integration of Third Party Apps (minimum of 3 years)
· Proficiency with.NET, SQL, and JavaScript, as well as deploying low-code/no-code solutions within MS Dynamics CRM and third party ISVs.
· Flexibility and adaptability, especially in response to changing project requirements or deadlines.
