Required: Graduate of an JCERT-approved two-year radiologic technology program.
Preferred: Two or four-year degree in radiologic technology, healthcare, business, or related fields.
Successful completion of a cross-sectional anatomy course is required.

Job Description:
- Performs MRI studies under the direction of a radiologist and oversight of a senior MRI Technologist.
- This individual interacts with imaging staff, nursing, physicians, patients and visitors.
- Acts as a resource person for MRI technical, and other issues, and demonstrates competence according to specific guidelines and prescribed protocols.
- Operates MRI and related equipment, prepares scan room - equipment, supplies and medications.
- This individual also maintains images and archives associated with patient data.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in imaging equipment operation.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to provide quality patient care.
- Familiarity with mammography and radiography practices.
Certification & License:
- ARRT registered in Radiologic Technology.
- Advanced certification through ARRT in MRI (to be achieved within 18 months of hire).
- BCLS certification within 90 days of hire.
- State of WI license in Radiologic Technology (if performing CT or other imaging using ionizing radiation).
Education:
