MRI Technologist. - Shields Health.

We are seeking an MRI Technologist for a part-time position in Dartmouth, working 24 hours on weekends (Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 am - 6:30 pm). The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure patient safety and comfort during MRI exams.
• Communicate exam details to patients effectively.
• Administer intravenous contrast and maintain accurate records.
• Assist clerical staff and maintain equipment cleanliness.

Qualifications:

• Prior MRI scanning experience and necessary certifications (MRI/ARRT/CPR).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to assist patients with mobility issues.
• Physical ability to lift 25 pounds and sit for extended periods.
