Position Description Serco is seeking a experienced MPT Task Lead to serve the International Small Combatants Program Office (PMS 525), within PEO Unmanned and Small Combatants (PEO USC) in Washington, DC.
This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level clearance.
This position is also contingent upon contract award.
The Task Lead will provide Manpower Personnel Training (MPT) development and execution support to the PMS 525 Foreign Military Sales Program by performing programmatic functions.
The Task Lead will lead a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the fulfillment of SC/Security Assistance (SA) requirements from PMS 525, International Small Combatants to achieve U.S.
foreign policy objectives and advance national security interests.
The Training Coordinator serves as an on-site representative at PMS 525 Program Office.
Interacts with Training Site Lead and senior level stakeholders from the requisite Foreign Militaries and other government agencies to coordinate, communicate and address Manpower Personnel and Training (MPT) issues.
In this role you will:
• Track and support development analyses for MMSC or other FMS Case training concepts.
Monitor training program development and execution.
• Assist in the identification and resolution of changes in manpower, personnel, and training infrastructure (policy, statutes, organization, capabilities, and procedures) to support achievement of RSNF or other foreign customer crewing concepts.
• Work with DoD Instructions pertaining to training services through the U.S.
Foreign Military Sales system and the delivery of training services to U.S.
Foreign Government Customers.
• Determine and assist in managing the development of both interim and life-cycle training solutions periods.
• Develop Personnel Qualification Standards (PQS) and observe foreign customer's completion of PQSs.
Monitor, track and report on progress towards completion of PQSs
• Maintain and report on training budgets Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Bachelor's Degree with 5-7 years of applicable work experience in program management and technical analysis for the integration of MPT/FIT requirements for the USN shipbuilding programs to include FEAs, ROC/POE, PSMDs, CSPP validations, and Training Plans.
• Educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for 15 years of work experience
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

• Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S.
Citizenship is required.
• 5 years' experience with DoD International Programs.
• NAVSEA Navy Acquisition program experience
• Financial management and budgeting supporting DoD or Dos programs
• Must be comfortable in a challenging, collaborative, multi-tasking, dynamic, high-tempo, deadline-intensive environment with a flexible work schedule supporting multiple customers.
• Ability to travel 25% Preferred Specialized Experience:
• Navy background highly preferred.
