MP&P Technical Analyst 3 at ICONMA, LLC

• Fabricating composite parts using the following processes: molding, forming, Client-up, co-curing, co-bonding, infusion, repair, surface preparation.
• Cutting composite plies by hand in accordance with prescribed shape and orientations and Operating autoclaves, ovens, and heated presses to cure composites.
• Machining composite test panels and parts using drill press, wet saws, water jet, table saw, band saw, router, sanding (by hand or using sanding equipment).
• Operating precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, scales, micrometers) to check work performed and Operating Computerized Numerical Control CNC equipment as required to complete work.

Requirements:

• Direct experience handling composite materials.
• Hands on experience in composite and adhesive materials required.
• Experience working in a lab and/or production environment.
• Experience providing services to customers.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products like Outlook, Power Point, Excel, and Word.
