Job Title: General Manager Trainee

Compensation: $19.08 to $25.30 Hourly

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily operations of the moving and storage center.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Support staff training and development to ensure a high-performing team.
• Monitor inventory and maintain facility cleanliness and safety.
• Help implement marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
