We’re currently looking for the right candidate to be our Move-In Coordinator at The Covington, a beautiful senior living community located in Aliso Viejo, California.
Pay: $18.36 - $24.05 per hour + full benefits

Position Overview: Under the guidance of the Director of Environmental Services, the Move-In Coordinator is responsible for coordinating services and staff to meet resident and community maintenance needs. This position is also responsible for the coordination of all community moves in or out of The Covington.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with filling gaps in scheduling for environmental services.
- Attends regular staff meetings and communicates with members of other departments to coordinate activities.
- Conducts apartment walk throughs to ensure projects are on schedule.
- Coordinate projects and assist the Director of Environmental Services with projects.
- Coordinate with the sales department for easy transition from sales to the resident move in process.
- Facilitate the admissions meeting weekly and keep the team updated on open units and status of the new move-ins or move-outs.
- Other duties as needed.
The Skills You’ll Need: 2+ year experience in an administrative support role, experience working in hospitality or with seniors preferred or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience using database programs such as PM Worx preferred. Must be able to type 35 WPM. Highly organized, able to multi-task and prioritize workload with minimal supervision.
