Mount Vernon Warehouse Supervisor - Hailify

Warehouse Supervisor Job Responsibilities: We are looking for Warehouse Supervisors to join our team and assist in staging drivers out of our operations in Mount Vernon, New York. As a Warehouse Supervisor for Hailify, you will assist in the daily staging of drivers arriving at our south New Jersey warehouse each morning. You’ll perform a critical function in owning the distribution of routed parcels to our drivers and fleet partners. A Warehouse Supervisor will:

• Oversee the arrival of routes and confirm inventory accuracy
• Dispatching routes to drivers
• Distribute sorted route bags to our fleet drivers
• Work closely with the Hailify Operations & Support teams to monitor driver performance and address shortfalls in performance
• Receive Undeliverable parcels from drivers and appropriately process
• Collaborate with additional warehouse staff
• Assist the operations team with fulfillment and quality control
• Escalate issues to the Field Ops Managers when necessary
• Work with basic functions within Hailify’s backend software
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Shifts & Work Hours: Warehouse Supervisors are scheduled 5 days per week, including weekends, for approximately 40 - 50 hours a week to work shifts running from 5:30AM - 2PM

Compensation: Warehouse Supervisor are W2 employees with an annual salary of $45,000

Qualifications and Skills:

• Reliability and a proven track record of dependability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Works well independently and has strong problem solving, time management, and organization skills.
• Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
