About the Job

Bob’s Motorcycles is looking for a skilled Technician to join our elite service team. You will have the opportunity to grow in a casual and fun environment that encourages work-life balance. Previous experience and/or technical certification is required (any brand); knowledge of the BMW or Ducati product line is a plus but not required. Workweek is Tuesday-Saturday, year-round. Compensation package is industry competitive! Depending on experience, pay structure may include hourly wage, flat rate commission, and bonuses. Earnings potential is commensurate with effort and experience, $70K-100K is within reach.

Requirements:

Previous experience and/or technical certification in repairing motorcycles (any brand)
Proven track record of productivity and efficiency
Motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to work well in a team environment
Motorcycle driver’s license with clean driving record
Technically knowledgeable, experienced, or trainable on the BMW motorcycle product line
Good mechanical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Manual dexterity
Able to qualify for Maryland Inspector license

This position would be a good fit for mechanics and technicians with experience with BMW, Ducati, Honda, Triumph, or any other motorcycle brand, and/or with experience in the automotive, motorcycle, or powersports industries.
