To design and produce digital animation and motion graphics for various projects, such as social media, websites, online magazines, advertisement materials, and videos.
•Research, prepare and gather materials/ideas for creative motion design
•Prepare static design concepts and storyboards from design or project briefs
•Amend, adapt and edit motion graphics following stakeholder feedback and amends
•Create digital assets and motion design products using a range of software including Adobe After Effects, Premiere (pro) and Final Cut-Pro or similar
•Create motion/digital business templates or interactive magazines for key stakeholders
•Store, upload and publish motion graphics in line with stakeholder requirements
•Liaise with agencies where required
•Advise internal stakeholders on digital/motion design and creative approaches
•Maintain an excellent approach to the quality and consistency of artwork
•Ensure compliance with wider Maximus standards and procedures (brand guidelines)
Qualifications & Experience
•Excellent communication skills
•A natural creative flair and an eye for compelling designs
•Excellent understanding of digital products, formats and release
•Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
•Strong attention to detail skills
Individual Competencies
•Qualification in a digital graphic design discipline, motion design or relevant experience.
•Solid experience of using creative industry applications such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and Final-cut pro
•Basic understanding of brand, permissions and consents, colour pallets
Experience of static artwork design packages, including illustrator and photoshop and in-design
