Mortgage Loan Processor - FORUM Credit Union

This role is onsite at our Fishers, IN headquarters.

As a Mortgage Loan Processor at FORUM Credit Union, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate completion, review, and processing of loan applications. Your efforts will help our members achieve their homeownership dreams by maintaining effective and timely communication with all parties involved in the loan process.

What You'll Do:

• Use daily pipeline reports to manage workflow and meet market lock deadlines.
• Verify and update application information, employment, assets, and other key documentation.
• Keep track of order statuses for appraisals, title work, and verifications.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with members and Mortgage Consultants regarding loan status.
• Collaborate closely with loan officers, underwriters, teammates, and members to ensure an outstanding loan experience.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness to meet all compliance regulations.

What We're Looking For:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Two to five years of similar or related experience.
• Prior mortgage lending processing experience is a plus.
