Position Summary:
As a Mortgage Loan Originator (Wholesale), you'll utilize state-of-the-art AI technology and marketing to engage clients across the US. Your responsibilities include building rapport, analyzing financial situations, and recommending suitable products in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive warm transfers from our contact center/Team National accounts.
- Determine the best product for the client and initiate the loan process.
- Work closely with administrators and underwriters throughout the loan process.
- Ensure compliance with all requirements for a timely loan closing.
Requirements:
- Current, valid NMLS license or willingness to obtain one.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and sales experience preferred.
- Two years of mortgage experience in a similar sales environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ethical and driven by success.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
- Closed Sundays and holidays
Supplemental Pay:
- Base and/or commission pay depending on the position.
- Signing bonuses available for top performers.

Salary: $ 42,000.00 250,000.00 Per Year
