Loan Officer
Responsibilities:
- Guide borrowers through their financial status and payment options with expertise and empathy.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to facilitate seamless loan application processes and ongoing support.
- Prepare and submit loan applications along with required documentation efficiently.
- Handle challenging situations and complaints with professionalism, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in finance, banking, or related fields, coupled with proficiency in computer and banking software applications.
- Thorough understanding of both Direct and Indirect Lending Products and industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid State Mortgage Loan Officer License and successful completion of the NMLS Safe Test.

Requirements:
- Valid Mortgage Loan Officer License in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Washington State, or Wyoming.
- Minimum of 2 loan transactions per year.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive commission-based pay ranging from $50,000 to $480,000 per year, with different packages tailored to experience levels.
- Opportunity for both full-time and part-time positions.
- Remote work setting with flexible hours.
- Compensation via 1099 contract.
