Qualification Requirements:

• Current active NMLS MLO license.
• This is a remote position, so you’ll need to meet all remote work requirements, such as Internet, computer, mouse, and keyboard.
• 12+ months of wholesale mortgage lending experience either as a processor, LOA, or a MLO.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA and Conventional guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills, sense of urgency, and strong understanding of mortgage finance.
• Positive attitude, tech savvy, a quick learner, and demonstrates the desire and experience to achieve results.
