JOB SUMMARY
As a Sales Executive specializing in mortgage transactions, you'll play a crucial role in providing financial liquidity and options to individuals with structured settlements, annuities, and investment products. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and qualifying leads, guiding clients through the sales process, and achieving sales targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Build meaningful relationships with structured settlement recipients to facilitate the purchase of future payment streams.
- Assess clients' financial needs and propose appropriate structured settlement solutions.
- Plan meticulously, follow up diligently, and close deals by assisting clients with necessary documentation.
- Analyze costs and revenues to ensure profitability.
- Consistently generate and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Expand sales volume by continually adding new prospects to your pipeline.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of sales experience with a focus on high-volume phone calls.
- Demonstrated success in sales with a strong track record of closing deals.
- Outgoing personality with exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Persistent problem solver adept at building relationships over the phone and in person.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results and overcoming challenges.
- Advanced understanding of business principles and sales techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $49,031.22 - $50,000.00 per year
