About the Job
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Mortgage Loan Officer to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about helping clients secure residential mortgage loans while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, we want to hear from you! Whether you are newly licensed or have years of experience, we offer mentorship and training to help you succeed in this role.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Evaluate Loan Applications: Assess loan applications to determine eligibility based on financial status, credit history, and property evaluations.
- Assist Clients: Help clients choose the right mortgage products that fit their financial needs and circumstances.
- Guide Through Process: Support clients throughout the mortgage application process, from pre-approval to closing.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with Massachusetts mortgage lending laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
- Document Collection: Ensure all required documents are gathered and submitted promptly.
- Inform Clients: Provide clear and accurate information about loan terms, conditions, and costs.
- Collaborate: Work with underwriting and closing departments to ensure smooth and timely processing of mortgage loans.
