Mortgage Loan Officer - NMLS Required - MTM LLC

As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership dreams. You will be responsible for originating, evaluating, and processing mortgage applications while providing unparalleled customer service throughout the loan process. Key Responsibilities:

• Origination: Proactively generate mortgage loan leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and marketing efforts.
• Consultation: Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients' needs, goals, and eligibility for mortgage products.
• Application Processing: Guide clients through the mortgage application process, including gathering required documentation, verifying information, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about mortgage products, interest rates, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions and promote repeat business.
• Pipeline Management: Manage a pipeline of mortgage applications, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines to ensure timely loan closings.
• Compliance: Adhere to all federal, state, and company regulations governing mortgage lending practices and ensure adherence to compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or similar role in the financial services industry
• Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations, processes, and documentation requirements
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System) license
