Compensation:
$25 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for clients and company personnel, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
- Act as the primary liaison between mortgage loan officers and clients, coordinating meetings and addressing any outstanding matters
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including call management, appointment scheduling, and document preparation
- Prepare and organize documentation required for verifications and underwriting, meticulously managing loan files and packages
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all loan documentation, promptly reporting any discrepancies to loan originators
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree in finance or banking preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office essential; familiarity with CRM, MLS, DU, and mortgage software a plus
- Highly motivated with a customer-centric approach and exceptional communication skills
- 2-3 years of professional office or mortgage experience preferred
- NMLS license preferred but not required
- Understanding of basic loan financing options such as conventional, FHA, VA, etc.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
