Position Overview:
Join a dynamic team dedicated to making homeownership dreams a reality! We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Mortgage Licensing Analyst to join our growing team. As a Mortgage Licensing Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our team and branches comply with licensing regulations, allowing us to serve clients nationwide.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the licensing process for individuals, branches, and the company, from initial applications to license renewals.
- Maintain accurate records of licenses with various governmental offices.
- Coordinate Continuing Education for our mortgage loan originators to keep their licenses active and compliant.
- Obtain new licenses for mortgage loan originators as needed.
- Collaborate with state regulators to address any licensing-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to all licensing and SAFE act policies and procedures.
- Prepare and submit required state reports on a regular basis.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Some college preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience in mortgage licensing.
- Familiarity with the NMLS licensing system.
- Understanding of federal and state regulations governing mortgage licensing.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and analytical thinking.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000 per year.
