About the Job
We are looking for a skilled and imaginative Mortgage Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will shape our brand identity and craft visually captivating materials for our mortgage marketing initiatives. Your designs will directly enhance our communication with clients and stakeholders.

- Design Creation: Conceptualize and produce visually compelling graphics across various marketing channels, including flyers, ads, brochures, and custom requests. This also involves digital design for online platforms and websites.
- Branding: Ensure consistent brand representation across all materials, aligning with organizational standards and guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, loan officers, and stakeholders to grasp project requirements and deliver impactful designs.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools to create polished visual content.
- Feedback Incorporation: Adapt designs based on feedback from managers and team members to refine outputs and meet business objectives.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of design trends, tools, and techniques to continually elevate our visual content.
What You Need:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience (2-3 years) in graphic design, ideally within the mortgage or real estate sector.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
- Skills: Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.), excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with mortgage industry concepts and terminology is essential.
