MORTGAGE FULFILLMENT LEAD (Closing/Funding/Post-Closing) WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Mortgage Fulfillment Lead will provide support to the Fulfillment/Operations teams (Disclosures/Processing/Closing/Funding) within Residential Lending.
The Fulfillment Lead will be responsible for handling escalated matters and providing root cause analysis, training and providing assistance to junior level staff, and acting as a temporary team supervisor when the primary supervisor is out of the office.
What you will do Act as temporary team supervisor when primary supervisor is absent Draft and maintain procedures/job aids for the fulfillment team Collaborate with the training department and function as a subject matter expert during training to ensure specific job application and realism Lead meetings on topics identified by fulfillment management and front line staff Support team supervisors with pipeline management, prioritization, loan level inspection, issues, and file flow through team Assists in managing overall pipeline and metrics Partner and reinforce desired behavior on the floor.
Provide one-on-one support to help improve fulfillment staff on an individual level Partner with fulfillment supervisors and managers to identify training gaps Identify opportunities for process improvement Partner with fulfillment manager to strengthen reporting and controls Assist with UAT testing as needed Perform routine audits on fulfillment colleagues to ensure procedures are being adhered to Other duties as assigned by management Must-Have* H.S.
Diploma Minimum 4 years of recent mortgage operations experience required.
Intermediate to Advance computing experience (e.g.
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
Skills and Knowledge Ability to maintain high levels of performance, especially in stressful situations.
Strong knowledge of federal/state regulatory policies and procedures.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Compensation Starting base salary: $65,296 - $104,304 per year.
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
