In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in guiding both new and existing clients through residential mortgage programs sourced from various channels. From designated real estate offices to personal networks, your expertise will ensure that clients receive top-notch service while navigating the complexities of mortgage lending.
Key Responsibilities:
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with real estate partners through regular meetings, active participation in marketing efforts, and transparent reporting.
- Leverage these connections to identify and secure opportunities, positioning our company as the go-to mortgage lender for our partners.
- Assess client financial needs and provide comprehensive guidance on a range of residential loan products.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to facilitate seamless loan closures, ensuring clear communication and accurate documentation throughout the process.
- Set and achieve personal production and service goals, contributing to the company's market share and profitability.
- Maintain a balance between loan production volume and quality, adhering to industry regulations and company standards.
Requirements:
- Two to three years of experience as a loan originator.
- Mortgage Loan Originator license obtained through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
- Proficient knowledge of mortgage products, policies, and procedures.
- Strong sales and negotiating skills with a proven track record.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Willingness to occasionally travel for company and client events.
