Job Description :
A successful Account Manager retains and grows existing client accounts by engaging existing clients, building strong relationships, analyzing account potential, referring new products and services to sales department, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities :
- Retain all client accounts assigned.
- Maintain daily call volume to a minimum of 40 calls per day.
- Establish and prioritize client contact schedules daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Maintain healthy and happy relationships with existing clients, following up with customers to ensure issues were resolved.
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction by returning all calls and emails within 24 hours.
- Build client relationships and understand clients' needs, potential, frustrations, and feedback.
- Educate clients on new products and developments.
- Use internal CRM consistently to record all activities, maintain accurate and complete prospect information, manage, and resolve client issues, and refer new sales opportunities.
- Upsell 10 new product accounts per month or refer to Sales.
- Understand the importance of meeting deadlines and goals.
- Credibility to work well with corporate partners and support their needs.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times when dealing with co-workers and customers.
- Data Entry along with strong writing skills to assure quality emails and other communications.
- Self-starter who can stay-focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to be hands-on and proactive in helping clients and colleagues.
- Speak and write with excellent grammar.
- Possess excellent organizational, time-management, and creative thinking skills.
- College graduate preferred, High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B client management experience, with a Mortgage SaaS provider or Mortgage related service company.
- Experience in loan processing, orgination, or similar experience.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to traverse the entire facility.
