Compensation:
$100,000 - $200,000 annually (commission-based)
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with bankers, realtors, builders, and community members to generate new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed production standards by actively managing your pipeline
- Educate prospective buyers on various loan programs and closing costs to guide them through the decision-making process
- Liaise with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to facilitate seamless transactions
- Collaborate with borrowers, title companies/attorneys, and insurance companies to gather and prepare all necessary documents for underwriting
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Office Suite and loan originating software (e.g., Experian, Calyx, LendingWise) preferred
- Familiarity with a range of loan types, including FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA, FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit
- Exceptional decision-making skills, along with outstanding written and verbal communication
- Thorough understanding of company loan policies, federal and state regulations
- Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending
