About the Role
Join our dynamic Digital Revenue team as a Mortgage Account Executive! You will play a pivotal role in our Mortgage Marketplace, cultivating relationships with lenders in an exciting inside sales capacity. As the first full-time account executive dedicated to our growing marketplace, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape our sales processes and advance your career.
Responsibilities
Proactive Prospecting: Independently seek out and engage new lenders to join our marketplace, ensuring quality and devising creative strategies to build our network.
Client Engagement: Lead meetings with clients to optimize programs, execute marketing strategies, and share best practices.
Process Improvement: Utilize your judgment to enhance sales techniques, streamline processes, and drive strategic initiatives.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve team goals and foster innovation.
Data Analysis: Compile and analyze data to develop customer relationships and refine sales strategies.
Autonomous Leadership: Take ownership of customer acquisition strategies, enjoying the autonomy to lead and succeed.
Who You Are
Experience: You have 2+ years of successful sales experience in the mortgage industry, understanding how mortgage companies operate profitably.
Goal-Oriented: Driven by achieving and surpassing sales targets through proactive customer acquisition and follow-up.
Independent: Thrive in an autonomous work environment, employing critical thinking to solve challenges faced by our clientele.
Team Player: Possess strong organizational skills, effective time management, and enjoy collaborating within small teams.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
