As a Wendy's Day Crew Member must be able to work from 5:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday.Shifts can vary and ending times flexible based on your availability. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• Day crew must be available to work from 5:30 - 5:00pm Monday - Friday.Shifts can vary and ending times flexible based on your availability.
• Solid social skills - you act like your grandma is standing behind you (at least while you're at work)
• You see whatever's low, ketchup, straws, cups - and you fill it back up
• You take and receive directions like a pro. If something doesn't see right, you make it right
• Neat, clean, and have hair that doesn't look like you just stepped out of the '70s.
• Upbeat and engaging personality
• Able to lift 35 pounds to waist level
• Handle weather-related moments like snow at the drive-thru and taking the trash out in the summer. Exhibit a sense of urgency.
