What You'll Do

• Perform lab tests (nucleic acid isolation, PCR, NGS, and more) using automated and manual methods.
• Conduct tasks like extractions, library prep, reagent prep, and data analysis.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot cutting-edge equipment (e.g., KingFisher, MiSeq).
• Ensure quality through adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and Good Documentation Practices.
• Contribute to process improvements and train lab assistants and other team members.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Proficiency in lab techniques (micropipetting, dilutions, and safety protocols).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with lab information systems and regulatory standards (CAP, CLIA, FDA).

Preferred Qualifications

• ASCP, AMT, AAB, or equivalent certification.
• Hands-on experience with molecular biology, microbiology, or genetics in a clinical lab.
• Expertise with advanced lab equipment like QuantStudio, Hamilton MicroLab STAR, or MiSeq.
