About the Job
The Molding Machine Operator plays a vital role within Amresist, Inc. a subsidiary of Bray International, Inc. Amresist takes great pride in producing products of the highest quality and value and cannot fulfill that promise without experienced and valued employees. The Molding Machine Operator is responsible for the daily production of Teflon molded products, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including production and other duties as required or assigned. The Molding Machine Operator will be required to follow Bray’s safety policies regarding lifting, assembly, and forklift duties.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination with co-workers and equipment according to production schedule.
- Focus on completion of orders in assigned shop area.
- Assist Teflon Department lead when needed.
- Ensure all production is completed accurately and on time.
Education and Qualifications:
- Stand-up Reach Truck Operator certification and Sit Down Propane Truck certification is highly desirable and necessary for certain duties.
- 2-3 years experience working in a manufacturing environment
- High School Diploma.
- Experience performing warehouse and materials handling, inventory management, fork/lift/power equipment operation, and shipping/ receiving duties is preferred.
- Ability to work during daytime hours Monday through Saturday, occasional mandatory overtime.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Dependable mode of transportation is required.
- A desire to succeed and good work ethics.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High-energy, flexible, self-starter, hands-on, comfortable working with little or no administrative support.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to perform basic math skills.
- Ability to follow directions and punctuality is necessary
