Alliance Industrial Solutions is currently hiring General Laborers in the Lagrange, Ohio area. Our client, a prominent union company, is a leader in the development of high-quality and cost-effective environmental control systems that are specifically tailored to their clients' needs. General Laborer Pay and Hours:

• $18/hr and up (depending on experience)
• 6:00am - 2:30pm (Monday - Friday)
• Overtime would be worked on Saturday (time and a half pay) or Sunday (double time pay)

General Laborer Benefits:

• $200 referral bonus for each person referred that works for 30 days (unlimited bonus opportunity)
• Employees will be eligible for a full benefits package after 90 days of employment including:

General Laborer Job Duties:

• Visual inspection
• Assembling components using hand and power tools
• Shipping/receiving duties
• Conduct inventory control
• Work collaboratively with team members and follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently

General Laborer Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Will need to pass a tape measure test
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Must be able to stand for the entirety of the shift
• Willingness to work in all areas of the warehouse
• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience
