Mold / Setup Technician - Path Engineering

As a Process Technician (also known as Injection Molding Technician, Process Operator), you'll be responsible for machine start-ups, coordinating and training machine operators, troubleshooting machine, mold, and material issues, and ensuring machines and robots are running at optimum efficiency. You'll also be the first response to all machine, robot, and secondary equipment alarms and will be tasked with driving the reduction of scrap through the elimination of mold conditions using corrective action and mold repair items.

• Experience in mold set-ups and troubleshooting injection molding machines.
• Robotics experience preferred.
• Willingness to stay current with technology through continuous education.
• Working knowledge of plant machinery, electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics preferred.
• High mechanical aptitude, patient but results-oriented with high energy.
• Proficiency in Tool/Die/Mold Setup, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Troubleshooting Industrial Automation Equipment, and Injection Molding.
