About the Job
Talento Search Group has an opening for an experienced Mold Maker in the Wake Forest, North Carolina area. This is a direct-hire, 1st shift position with a starting pay in the $30 - $35 per hour area depending upon experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Machine parts for molds by setting up and operating lathes, mills, shapers, grinders, lasers, and radial drills
- Ensure the conformity of parts by measuring to specifications
- Manage tooling preventive maintenance process
- Use gauge blocks, thickness gauges, micrometers, and dial indicators to verify dimensions and alignment of parts
- Read and create drawings or sketches for tools or fixtures
- Fabricate component parts
- Complete action and maintenance logs
- Maintain supply inventory
Experience Needed:
- Minimum 3 years current and/or recent experience as a Mold Maker. Injection Molding tooling experience preferred
- Technical Degree in Machining or similar field is preferred
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to perform shop mathematics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
