Overview:
Under the supervisor of the Assistant Director Donor Services-Mobiles and the Mobile Packing Supervisor, assumes responsibility for ensuring that all mobiles have the required materials, supplies and equipment. Serves as a resource for Mobile Unit Operators for daily packing and acquisition of materials for successful operations. Promotes positive image of CBC to the community.
Responsibilities:Essential Functions:
- Competently performs all tasks required by Mobile Unit Operators.
- Maintains equipment required for mobiles to include tracking, packing and unpacking, maintenance, storage and applicable Quality Control (QC).
- Ensures all needed supplies are packed and ready for use.
- Assists with loading, unloading and set-up of mobile equipment and supplies.
- Ensures an adequate number and type of vehicles are assigned.
- Performs monthly QC of equipment in conjunction with Mobile Packing Supervisor.
- Obtains various reports from the computer.
- Complies with all applicable safety policies and procedures.
- Compliance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) regarding calibration of equipment.
- Orders, receives, inspects and records critical supplies.
- Maintains confidentiality of personal information regarding donors and staff.
- Maintains prompt and regular attendance.
- Must be able to confidently communicate and interpret intermediate information in English to all members of the public and CBC staff.
- Must have and maintain a valid MO Class E Driver's License or KS Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Must provide a copy of the transcript.
- Warehouse and/or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Prefer at least 6 months experience in blood collections, supervision and FDA, AABB and OSHA regulations.
