YOUR DAY AS A MOBILE HOME MAINTENANCE TECH - REPAIR TECHNICIAN

As a Mobile Home Maintenance Technician - Repair Technician, your day begins at home, where you will travel directly to various job sites in the area. You will be responsible for performing critical repairs to existing mobile home foundation systems, retrofitting foundations, and leveling mobile homes to ensure safety and comfort. Your role will also involve maintaining high standards of client satisfaction and executing additional tasks as assigned by the project manager. This position requires both technical skill and a commitment to quality workmanship.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MOBILE HOME MAINTENANCE TECH - REPAIR TECHNICIAN

• 3+ years of experience in the mobile home industry
• Willingness to work under homes and in tight spaces for extended periods
• Own tools and a reliable truck with a good driving record
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. This role allows you to work from home and travel directly to job sites without reporting to a central location.
