$2,500 Sign-On Bonus! Are you an experienced Diesel Technician ready to take on new challenges? Join NAPA Transportation, Inc., where you’ll maintain and repair a variety of refrigerated and dry van trailers. Your expertise will ensure our fleet operates at peak performance, whether on the road or in the yard.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose & Repair: Identify and troubleshoot issues with refrigerated and dry van trailers across multiple makes and models.
• Maintenance: Perform maintenance and repairs on trailers, ensuring all systems, including power and drive trains, electrical, air conditioning, and more, are functioning correctly.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of services and repairs.
• Safety Compliance: Follow company safety procedures and policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Mobile Service: Safely operate a NAPA service truck to perform repairs at customer facilities or roadside.
• On-Call Availability: Be available for service calls outside of standard working hours on a rotating basis.
• Yard Safety: Adhere to yard control safety guidelines at both NAPA and customer facilities.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of related experience.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Certifications: Valid CDL & PA State Inspection License is a plus.
