Excel Truck Group is looking for an experienced Mobile Diesel Technician for our 1st shift team in Chesapeake, VA. This role involves performing scheduled work at customer locations.

If you have diesel truck technician experience, we want to hear from you! Certifications are a plus and can lead to higher wages. Experience with Freightliner, Mack, Sterling, Caterpillar, Detroit Diesel, and/or Cummins is ideal but not required. Completion of a Diesel technician school and certification is desired.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and scheduled maintenance at customer locations.
• Conduct State Inspections and CDL.
• Diagnose and repair on the roadside or at the dealership.
• Prepare work orders and collaborate with the Parts department.
• Maintain necessary certifications through ongoing training.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
