Are you looking to take your career in the construction industry to the next level? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mitigation Project Manager to join our Restoration team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing and driving our restoration projects from inception to completion. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong background in restoration, commercial mitigation, and estimating. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Mitigation Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
1. Overseeing all aspects of restoration projects, from initial planning to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
2. Preparing comprehensive project estimates, including labor, materials, and other costs.
3. Coordinating and supervising the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and other project personnel.
4. Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with IICRC standards and guidelines.
5. Managing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other project parties, ensuring that all communication is clear, timely, and effective.
6. Identifying potential risks and issues and developing effective mitigation strategies.
7. Continually monitoring and reviewing project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.
8. Ensuring that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly maintained.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in restoration, commercial mitigation, and estimating.
3. IICRC Certification.
4. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and other project parties.
6. A keen eye for detail, with the ability to spot potential issues before they become problems.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make effective decisions quickly.
8. Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant IT tools.
9. A valid driver's license.
