Ministries Director at Renovation Church

Renovation Church is a fast-growing community that is passionate about following Jesus and helping others do the same. We recently moved into a brand new 45,000 square foot church building, and since moving our church has grown in attendance from 500 to over 2,000 people over the past three years. We are looking to hire a Ministries Director to oversee our ministry staff and vision of discipleship from birth - adult ministries. • Visionary-minded, extensive experience in leading others

• Preferred Experience: Several years in managerial position

RESPONSIBILITIES

OVERSEE MINISTRY DEVELOPMENT TO CHILDREN’S, YOUTH, AND ADULT MINISTRIES

• Provide strategic oversight and vision to Children’s, Youth, and Adult Ministry staff; creating an arch of discipleship from birth – adults for Renovation Church ministries

• Meet regularly with the Children’s, Youth, and Adult Ministries staff (currently, but not limited to; Children’s Pastor, Middle School Pastor, High School Pastor, Pastor of House Churches, Renovation U Pastor, Counseling Pastor, Missions Pastor); developing each in their role to the church and holding them accountable to tasks

• Visit all ministries under your care regularly to provide feedback for improvement ideas

• Partner Family Ministry staff to the Communications Director and Graphic Designer to provide excellent communication materials of each individual ministry to the broader church

REPORT DIRECTLY TO THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

• Meet regularly with the Executive Director to report strengths and weaknesses of the ministry, to be held accountable for job responsibilities, and also to better develop personal leadership.

• Attend monthly staff meetings and weekly staff prayer meetings.
