About the Job
As the MINI and Motorrad Program Analyst you will support the NSC in program development, dealer communications and program administration. You will be a Subject Matter Expert on the originations pricing system which is the foundation for all retail (lease and loan) MINI and Motorrad business being booked by Financial Services. You will uphold the highest level of accuracy for all program administration and maintain an intricate knowledge and understanding of the pricing systems and interfacing with originations and subvention billing. You will recommend changes to promote enhancements to programs, operational measures and cost and time saving initiatives.
Your responsibilities also include assisting in the development and structuring of effective programs and communication through dealer bulletins. Ensuring timely and accurate rate, residual, rebate and promotions are loaded in the pricing originations system. You will develop and lead projects/initiatives to increase the efficiency of the pricing development and communication process. You are also the primary business contact in all pricing-related IT projects and testing campaigns affecting MINI and Motorrad.

The pay range for this role is: $74,831 - $87,642.
The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 Years Automotive Industry or Financial Services experience
- 2-3 Years cumulative experience in Credit, Funding, RCC, Sales Operations, Insurance and Analytics
Preferences:
- 2-3 Years experience in Funding or RCC
- 1-2 Years Tableau or other reporting experience
- Knowledge of FS operations, systems and databases
- Solid knowledge of automotive dealership operations is important.
- Fully proficient in MS Office Products – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience with Tableau.
