MILLWORK with DRIVING Duties -- Experienced delivering in the cities--ESOP COMPANY - artifex/millwork, inc.

Established in 1993, artifex/millwork, inc. is an industry leader dedicated to the manufacturing of custom commercial furniture, architectural millwork, and retail fixtures. We became an ESOP (employee owned) in 2017. We have built a solid reputation with our customers over our 30 plus -year history by skillfully crafting projects/products. We serve various commercial sectors in and around the twin city metro as well as throughout the nation. We are conveniently located just north of the twin city area in Wyoming, MN.

We are currently looking for an experienced millworker to serve as a back-up delivery driver to join our Team. We are growing our business. If you have experience crafting with wood, driving in the cities, have a current DOT Health Card and are someone who pays attention to the details, we encourage you to apply. Our benefits are second to none. Our flexible work schedule allows you to get a jump start on your weekend. Our shop works nine hour days Monday-Thursday and finishes the week with four hours on Friday. The minimum hours required are 20, but we could work with you to schedule your hours up to 40 if you have a desire to work full time. We are paid weekly via direct deposit, every Wednesday. Our HSA health care plan is only $12/week for an individual. The company pays 90% of your health care premiums for employees who average 32 hours/week. While we are Employee owned, we also have a 401K plan. In our ESOP plan, after one year of service, you are awarded stock that vests over the course of five years to augment your retirement planning. Another fun fact about our benefits is that the first year you work, you will accrue your PTO. On your anniversary date, after one year of service, your PTO will be deposited in a lump sum for you to schedule ---no more waiting for it to accrue to plan that family trip.

Your primary role will be working in the shop with our millworkers and cabinet makers. If our primary driver is double booked or out on PTO, you will serve as the back up driver. Qualifications

• Experienced delivery driver comfortable with the twin cities metro
• Experienced wood worker either with cabinets or solid surfaces
• Able to read and understand shop drawings.
• Set up and operate saws, milling machines, drill presses, lathes, shapers, routers, sanders, and planers.
• Ability to produce a quality product (verify dimensions) and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Enjoy practical and manual activities.
