Mill Maintenance Technician - Night Shift - Gold-Eagle Cooperative

Attention skilled technicians! We're hiring a full-time night shift Mill Maintenance Technician at Gold-Eagle Cooperative in Eagle Grove, IA. Offering a competitive hourly rate of $25 - $30/hour (based on experience) and a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Don't forget our awesome benefits! This includes:

ABOUT THIS MILL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN JOB

This is a full-time night shift gig, Monday to Friday, running from 5:00 pm to 3:00 am. We value your time and recognize the need for a work-life balance, within reason.

As a Mill Maintenance Technician, you start your day ready to tackle routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues. Safety is a priority as you quietly ensure the mill equipment operates smoothly. Engaging with the crew, you discuss necessary adjustments and improvements, ensuring a productive day.

Would you excel in this position? Here's what you need:

• Proficency in the fabrication of mill equipment and an understanding of feed department tools
• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
• A high level of customer service focus and a commitment to safety procedures
• A positive attitude, calm under pressure, and a strong work ethic

Experience in feed operations, maintenance, and fabrication is preferred!
