1-2 Years of administrative assistant work (in higher education or military-related setting preferred)

Associate degree minimum; bachelor degree preferred.

Familiarity with modern office practices, including Microsoft 365 collaborative productivity software (e.g. Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience with military and veteran services and/or ROTC campus programs (preferred).

Ability to:

Maintain confidentiality and trustworthiness.

Communicate effectively, confidently, and compassionately with students, faculty, staff, and visitors from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.

Be reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations.

Prepare and maintain accurate records, files, and reports.
