Position: MIG Welder

• Shifts Available: 1st & 2nd shifts (Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts)
• Pay Rate: $20.50–$21.50 per hour
• Requirements: Must pass a 10-panel drug screen, National Data Background Check, and E-Verify process.

Responsibilities:

As a MIG Welder, you will:

• Seam, weld, and/or fully weld doors and frames in a timely fashion.
• Read and interpret manufacturing drawings.
• Operate MIG welders, grinders, buffers, shears, OBI punches, and saws.
• Apply and finish body filler compounds.
• Grind, sand, or buff doors and/or frames to prepare them for painting.

Skills and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• A High School Diploma/GED or Silver CRC certification.
• Previous welding experience.
• The ability to read manufacturing/shop drawings and use a tape measure.
• Previous experience or a willingness to learn to use hand tools and hardware.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
