What You’ll Do:

• Drive business development to meet and exceed ambitious sales goals.
• Cultivate relationships with electrical contractors, distributors, end-users, municipalities, industrials, and utilities.
• Provide expert consultation, leveraging your switchgear knowledge to deliver tailored solutions.
• Partner with the management and inside support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Coordinate field service activities and conduct on-site visits and walk-throughs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3-5+ years in electrical distribution sales with a distributor, manufacturer, rep, or reseller.
• Product Knowledge: Familiarity with transformer products.
• Drive: A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives on achieving goals.
• Communication Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation abilities.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
