Mid to Senior-Level Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney (New York) - Offit Kurman

Offit Kurman is seeking a Mid to Senior-Level Commercial Litigation Associate to join our NY Litigation team.

We are looking for an attorney with 4+ years of commercial litigation experience. This position focuses on a broad range of private client business litigation. Construction litigation a plus.

The attorney will have significant individual responsibilities in all aspects of the litigation including drafting pleadings, discovery, briefs and motions, taking and defending depositions, as well as court appearances and trial work.

Must be admitted and active to practice in NY.
